On Thursday, May 13th, The Cincinnati Rotary Club will present the final session in the 2020/21 Leadership Development Series with an interactive seminar, “Exceeding Expectations”. Terry Dean will cover from his soon-to-be-published book, Exceeding Expectations, insights into identifying needs, setting goals, managing time, and the P.L.E.A.S.E system for enhancing customer and personal relationships. Presented at the Netherland Hilton as both a free live and virtual session, Exceeding Expectations will begin at 10:30 a.m., and conclude prior to the Rotary meeting at noon.
Whether attending for yourself or the salespeople you manage, Exceeding Expectations provides a glimpse into a 45-year sales and management career in broadcasting and lessons that have come from it.
