In his role, Jay is responsible for sourcing, designing and launching new business and innovation opportunities that drive Kroger’s long-term digital growth. He will partner with business leaders across the enterprise to understand their goals and customer needs, formulate new eCommerce offerings that could drive growth, and then bring the best concepts to life.
Jay joined the Kroger Co in 2016 where he led the Digital Mission at 84.51° and worked on the Roundy’s integration and customer strategy. Prior to 84.51°, Jay worked with retail and consumer market companies for over 13 years, including dunnhumby, McKinsey & Co and DISH Network. His consulting career involved leading clients and projects in the U.S. and Europe spanning grocery retail, office supplies, hypermarket, movie theater and fast food restaurant industries.
Jay’s holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Dayton and an MBA in Marketing & Strategy from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
